Betreff: Extract hour/min from time field

All,

I think that I've not gotten enough rest of late....This is a simple
problem that's making me think that I should get some sleep before I lose my
mind.  I have a time field (8 *ISO) that I need to extract hours and minutes
and print to a field defined (S 4,0) and am having problems.

What is the easiest way to accomplish this?

Warmest Regards,

Richard Reeve
