Perhaps you could post an example of the layout or definition of your data structure, and a sample of the CSV document ...?

(Code can be posted to code.midrange.com and then post the generated link to it, in your reply to the list.)

You could use "dummy" field names in the data structure and "dummy data" in the sample CSV file, in case there is any "proprietary" information that you do not wish to reveal to "the general public".
