IMO: If she's resisting RPG IV, then there's no way in the world she
would embrace stream files or a web ui.
Also IMO: It is a software developers _JOB_ to learn new techniques &
technologies. There is no other way to advance the companies systems
than to move them forward. Anyone who is unwilling (or unable) to
learn new concepts should be respectfully shown the door.
