Presumably the translation from French is not of interest :-)

FWiW.... That text is apparently from F1=Help and then copy\paste of the text that was presented. Better either to have also included the additional details presented by use of the F9=Details, or to have just included the full details of the message from a copy\paste of the spooled joblog which was produced when LOG(4 0 *SECLVL) was active for the job. The full details of the other messages in context with the "owner changed" message CPC2206, for example "object created" might also assist to better understand the origin of the message and thus improve the probability that the conclusions by a reviewer would be more accurate [instead of presumption]. Unfortunately the call to the API for the effective function of CrtUsrSpc does not issue such a message :-( so I understand that would not be possible in this case.

Regardless... The noted message is presumably a side-effect of the attribute OWNER(*GRPPRF) for the current user for the job when performing the QUSCRTUS activity.? I believe the F9="Display message details" information might give evidence to that effect, or contradict that possibility for origin.
