That's what I arrived at. You can take a guess by looking at the *SRVPGM detail of DSPPGM - if QRNXUTIL is in the list, it MIGHT be a handler program. If that is there, you would have to DMPOBJ on the program - if the QRNX_GET_HANDLER is shown there in the STRING_DIRECTORY section, I think it is probably a handler program.

As others have suggested, if you need this, submit a DCR or put in a requirement through COMMON - the latter method is free - you don't have to be a member, just get a user id and password from COMMON.
