Yes. If you have an InfoWindow II terminal, or a decent emulator, you can even copy and paste in PDM/SEU, and even do it between two separate terminal sessions!

(Or a favorite trick of mine: copying a rectangular block straight out of the QuestView Field Attributes screen, and into D-specs of an RPG source member.)

(Although, for the record, copying and pasting is so bizarre on the real terminal, that many years ago, when I commandeered the only mouse in the place that would talk to an InfoWindow II, I made up a sticker for my keyboard, with the copy/paste instructions that were too off-the-wall to remember otherwise.)
