Agreed. And the reason for my introduction that was left as part of the quoted message. I figure that although the RPG could change, there might still be issues with the DM which might be relevant to whatever direction would be chosen for "relaxing" any rules. If for instance the stated assumption of "no MFPF" were valid from an RPG perspective, then that would be different than if that assumption were false. Showing that the concept of *ONLY for a format was already in use might suggest a consistency if that means were used to implement similar via the RPG.
