If not [by] Value, then [by] Reference.? So it is or should be a pointer? ;-)

Probably already realized, or even responded to already, but...

Seems what Dennis suggested, is that the prototyped parameter [variable] named "Length in the PR" is *not* denoted as being passed as a "Value", although both Receiver and Source are denoted as such.??
