Think SEU and PDM - option 54 is still the best tool for comparing iSeries source members. See Mark Waterbury's reply.

I'd suggest to:
1) Download your source code to the PC.
2) Download the open source utility http://winmerge.org/

Winmerge is a pretty neat piece of software to compare files and folders. I've been using it for years, very reliable.

Subject: Compare for large RPGLE source members.

I have a large source member - 13000 lines. I want to compare two
different versions of this source to see if/what is different. I can't
use the RSE Compare because it chokes saying it is too large. Is there a
utility that will do a compare of a large source like this? Besides, I
find the RSE Compare to be highly unreliable when comparing source members
to begin with. Whitespace in one member can be confusing for the compare.
