Hi Terry,

Since you are planning to use the GPL v2 license, your code cannot
(legally) be mixed with mine in the same package. They have to always
be distributed separately (unless one of us decides to change licenses
-- and let me tell you, I have no interest in changing to the GPL.)

I am willing to change the licence on my code; my choice of GPL is
merely a quick default. As I think on it now, the mixture of licences
would prohibit distribution of a pgm binding together modules under
the two licences; and I do not actually want to stop such use.

Don't I already have a CL front-end for FTPAPI? Hmmm... it's been so
long since I've done anything with FTPAPI, I can't remember.

I don't think I have seen any other front-end mentioned. And I had
just about forgotten my wrapper until the current burst of interest.

As an aside ... a command wrapper around HTTPAPI would probably be
more useful, but there are lots of APIs there that I do not know how
to handle.

Anyway, I feel it is impolite of me--in this day and age--to require
people to send me an email requesting the wrapper. Perhaps a web page
is in order; I'll think more on that later.

Cheers,
Terry.
