AFIAK, there are no description ("text") fields in the IFS interface.
So none of the IFS tools are going to support them.
The only file system that I can think of that supports the "text"
attribute is the QSYS.LIB file system -- and for that file system, you
can set the text using the native interface instead of the IFS interface.
