I use HTTPAPI for something like this...it's quite fine. I can send you a
program that does this off list if you want. You would need to install
HTTPAPI from http://www.scottklement.com/httpapi/. You could also join the
HTTPAPI mailing list at http://www.scottklement.com/mailman/listinfo/ftpapi.
