But I sure don't see anything wrong with the way HTTP is being
conducted. To me, it just looks like the servlet has a problem
finding
something called 'viewRate' in a servlet called 'rest'.
That was my conclusion too. The problem is either in the URL used to
invoke the web application or within the servlet itself.
