Our consultant pushed up the logging level and he says that it is saying
that the connection is being closed and it never has a chance to respond.
I passed it a timeout value of 600 seconds but it returns instantly. No idea
why it would be closing the connection. Nothing in Scott's code is doing it.
May have to write a piece of Java to do it.
