The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

My mistake. It appears that I had a problem with some code for displaying
the results that was downstream of the record-lock check. Once I fixed
that the WAITRCD functioned correctly. I was finding it hard to believe
that I would have actually found a bug like this for something that's been
around for so long. Thanks to all.
