Bzzzt. Wrong. He's looking at the raw binary values, and therefore
ASCII/EBCDIC does not apply.
Folks, there's more to the world than just text. Not everything is
encoded in ASCII or EBCDIC. Since the OP is posting the hex strings,
not the text strings, ASCII/EBCDIC is a non-issue.
