I think they will need to purchase a spoolfile to PDF production. I believe this was added to i5/os in V6.1. We use Kisco Webreport on V5R4 for pdf creation but that will not add the logo overlay. There is a process where you can use word to create the overlay, then "print" that documenting using the AFP driver in Client access, then upload that to the iSeries as an overlay. Unfortunately I don't have all the exact steps to send you but do know it is possible. Once you get the overlay added to the spool you can then turn it into a pdf. There is also RJS iForms that might do what you need.
