Hmmm... pretty sure that worked for me in the past. (?) I can see why it
would be a problem, though, since the PC device AND the iSeries each have
buffering capability. Maybe it worked just enough that I seemed to get by
with it.
That's all I had. There are many ways to clear the Winblows keyboard
buffer. Google search will give you C, VB, other programs for that. Maybe
do both sides?

and unfortunately, QWSSETWS won't work in this scenario:
