didn't pay too much attention to it because my programs worked properly
even with this incorrect use of keywords, but they would, probably, have
bitten me down the road...)

The content-type: stuff is an HTTP keyword. In Charles' example, he's
not returning the XML via HTTP, he's writing it to an IFS file.
Therefore, adding HTTP keywords like content-type doesn't make sense.

(Though, if he were returning it via HTTP, the correct content-type for
XML is text/xml, NOT text/html.)
