You're correct Simon - I misread a /COPY in the examples which
referenced QSYSINC - it was for the IFS protos - not the OA stuff.

Documentation - we don't read no stinking documentation!

But it is a bit odd that the includes are shipped with what is
supposed to be the run time component. The compiler enablement is via
PTF and you could always copy/paste the includes from the docs.
Admittedly you couldn't test but ...

Hopefully before too long they will just include it with the compiler
and we don't have to worry about the "extra bits"
