The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
It was a rhetorical question because obviously there is no 100% solution. There are possibilities on how to get around the 10 character limit in object names but none _really_ solves the problem.
you could also name it L, LU, L1, LU1, etc... but this is not the solution to the problem. It is just a workaround.

So I have the source
linked_list_utilities.rpgle
and how should I name the module and the service program object?
I didn't see this answered (sorry if I missed it). I'd use LNKLSTUTL for
the module AND the service program object. (I'd create the module in QTEMP
since it's only needed to build the service program.)
