one possibility is that Qp0lRenameKeep is being run under a profile that no
longer has the necessary authority

I am using the Qp0lRenameKeep to rename objects in the IFS. As of
yesterday, I have started getting error CPE3025 No such path or directory.
However, I can view the directory.
Any ideas?
