The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

The answer was in the set option statement. The job date format is in *MDY but the DS layout is using *ISO. I added the DATFMT *ISO keyword to the options and it is working fine now.
I took Birgitta's suggestion and called IBM. They were the ones who noticed the date anomaly.
