Trying to avoid the infamous CPF4101 if library list not set :-)

Customer is retrofitting an existing 5250 app into a stored procedure
call to use parameter IO instead of screens.

They had just mentioned that *INZSR might function in this way, so I
wanted to verify.

called at the end of the program initialization step of the program
cycle (that is, after data structures and subfields are initialized,

opened, data area data structures, arrays, and tables are loaded, and
PARM result fields moved to factor 1 for *ENTRY PLIST)."

Couldn't you just make the files USROPN?
