So you'd *really* like to be able to define the prototype like this:

Dprocname PR opdesc
D pListId like(wd_ListId) const
D pData like(wd_DqPayload) const
D options(*varsize)
D pDataLen 10I 0 const(%len((%trimr(pData)))

That would be nice, wouldn't it :) No need to change callers, just recompile
over the prototype, and the compiler would pass an integer containing the
trimmed length of pData........
