Our management has finally decided to climb out of the cave and begin
allowing us to use modules, service programs and binding directories.

Hooray (I think).!!

Definitely Hooray!

We think we know service programs should be added to binding
directories, but have questions about the reason if any to add modules
to binding directories since they can be bound at CRTPGM time.

If you want to be able to compile your programs in one step (such as
CRTBNDRPG) rather than CRTRPGMOD followed by CRTPGM --- then all modules
that are not a part of service programs will need to be in the binding
directory/ies named within the H specification.

In other words, the same reason for using binding directory for service
programs applies to modules.
