Suppose you have a program, FOO, containing modules FOO and BAR. The
main is in the FOO module, while the BAR module contains a procedure,
BAR. The main in FOO calls BAR.
Both the FOO and BAR modules have F-specs on the file FROBOZZ, which is
neither overridden nor defaulted to SHARE(*YES).
Do they use the same ODP to FROBOZZ? Or do they have separate ODPs?
