I was trying to add some humor while also trying to follow the advice of:

"If you give a man a fish, you feed him for one day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime."

Before sending this "advice" I ran that google search myself, to make sure the results were relevant. And, in fact, the first page of results all appear to be very relevant. In the future, I will refrain from using lmgtfy.com and instead post a more direct reply, along the lines of:

Try a google search for "dynamic screen manager dsm apis" and I think you will find what you need.

Google returns thousands of URL's. You could spend a lot of time reviewing each one and still not find a good article.
Simon has demonstrated his knowledge several times. I appreciate his comments immensely. So, I asked if he could recommend a good article. If he does and if he shares that knowledge, then we all gain.
