I listened to IBM's Roadmap webinar yesterday. They talked a little about
Open Access for RPG. Does anyone have any insight on what the handler pgm
would look like? Would it need to be something like HTTPAPI?

I'm trying to figure out if they really gave us anything new.

Yes they did (or rather will).
