I just did a verify with RDI-SOA 7.5.0.3 fix 001 and I get the same

error

So it is an RDI problem and not a code problem.
Can you submit a PMR to IBM on this?

If I can decode the PMR conversation correctly, it appears that an APAR has
been or will be created on this issue.
