You CAN do comments on the right in all specifications - the last 20 characters - you just can't do the // comments there.

You CAN do // comments on any line anywhere in the source - there's a weirdness there, however - in every place other than a free-form block, the // can be anywhere, including positions 6 & 7. In a free block, they must not be in those positions, they have to be in 7 & 8 or higher. This is an irritation to me, especially as the converter to free in WDSC doesn't always handle this correctly.

In free blocks, a comment with // starting in position 6 does not raise an error in SEU - and probably not WDCS, either. But it fails to compile - sorry - this is just foolish!
