That depends on what's in the RPG. If INDDS is coded in the RPG then the display MUST have INDARA and I think a compile error will occur if not. If INDDS is not in the RPG then the indicators will be interspersed in the record buffer (instead of in the INDARA) but the compiler will sort out the buffers.

The presence of INDARA in the DDS has nothing to do with this problem.

As Eric said we need to see the RPG F-spec for this file too.
