The request will always return a single records. So I will be trying to move the into in the final piece !

You are trying to do an "Into" in all three sections of the union. You could
only do the into in the final piece of the union and the request must be a
single record. If you are doing a union the result would always be more than
one record so you must declare a cursor and read the three results.
