Pardon me if there is a simple solution to this, but I have only used WRDWRAP a couple of times and the last time was 5+ years ago.

Scenario:

I have a field on a screen defined as 700A with CNTFLD(70) and WRDWRAP. I key some text on the first line on the screen and then press the space bar until the cursor reaches the beginning of the third 70 character line. I key some more text and then save the keyed value to a file. I come back into this screen to view what I just keyed and saved and the second line (which I spaced through before) is gone and the text from the third line is moved up to the second line.

Is there any way to have the text saved the way it was keyed and not remove blank lines?
