Using a simple call to send or receive a parameter value from a sql stored
procedure can be done one of two ways:
- imbedded sql using the purchased precompiler
- Using the SQL CLI

Using a stored procedure to READ a result set cannot be done using
imbedded sql and the purchased precompiler. It requires the SQL CLI.
