OK then let's go for it! I've been getting to know the Oxygen editor for xml languages in Eclipse. Using that has made me tire of LPEX a bit.

Hi,

yes you can. You only need to download and extract the application.
Nothing else is needed to run it besides a JRE (at least 1.5).
