Java Development Kit could not be found.

I'm trying to use Scott Klement's JDBCR4 service program to connection
to a oracle database. When I run the program I'm getting the "Java
Development Kit could not be found" error. Help. . . .


Here is my joblog
CLASSPATH = /javaapps/testing/sharedResources/jar/ojdbc14.jar.
Environment variable added.
QIBM_RPG_JAVA_PROPERTIES = -Djava.version=1.5.
JVM properties were loaded from a properties file.
Java Development Kit could not be found.
