You are doing it wrong.

Do not fetch into Amounts_DS, instead fetch in Amt01, Amt02, Amt03,
Amt04, Amt05, Amt06, Amt07.

After you have fetched, AmtArray will be populated.

There's no need for any of the based stuff. Just simply include a
group field in the DS so that the array can be defined against it.
I've made the required changes in the code snippet below.
