Hi!

Please help. I need to send a class name to one of our servers via a
socket from RPG program and receive result via the same socket.

The problem is that when I do a write or a send to the receiving server,
somehow it does not see the data I am passing.

I tried both send and write.

I am converting the data to ascii before I send, but it is not helping.
I am thinking it has something to do with my data pointer, but I am not
sure how to deal with this.

Please help to see what I am doing wrong. Attached is the program.

Thank you in advance.
