QTEMP is very similar to a session scope "object" if you think of the
job as a session, "job" being signon to signoff for an interactive user,
or start through termination for a batch job. Anything you create in
QTEMP will stay there. It will be visible to the job which owns it, and
no other job can use the information it contains (not entirely true, but
close enough, unless you want to do some serious hacking.) QTEMP is not
a real library, although it may be used as such by application code.
Each job has one. It is manufactured by the system when the job starts.
It goes away forever when the job terminates.
