show up on screen.

As I said, I'm calling QMHSNDPM to send a status message immediately
after each call to "FOO"; I notice that status messages don't go into
the joblog.

Is there something I can do to put a copy in the joblog, without it
bringing up a message screen, or stacking a bunch of messages in the
message line when the program ends?
