Thank you for the response. I believe that you are correct in the DNS entries or perhaps a host table entry. After I sent the initial email, I looked at the job log of the client system as well as a similar job log on our internal system.

I found that client system does not have its system identified in the host table entries. When I selected option 12, there were DNS entries but nothing else entered on that screen.

Nick,

You didn't mention what you're using, but the problem would appear that
your DNS entries are not set up properly on your system. This is in
CFGTCP option 12. Make sure you have one or more DNS servers listed where
required.
