I understand, yet I have to wonder. IBM's commitment to open standards, coupled with their bold actions this last decade to contribute technology to open source (ASF, eclipse, etc), and the seeming desire to create "communities" (X Café)...
I'm guessing by your comment that IBM legal never went "business casual"... <g>
