Does anybody have a working example of an RPG program that will print bar code on mailing labels using an RPG program.  I have tried several different ways by sending escape strings to the printer within the RPG program, but so far nothing has worked.  We are currently using V4R3 and the printer is an HP LASERJET 2430N.  I have found several examples using ILE but all had "free-format" which our version doesn't appear to accept.

We are needing to print bar codes on customer mailing labels using an RPG program.  We currently using V4R3 and the printer is an HP LASERJET 2430N.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
