Doesn't System i Access (PC Support, Client Access, iSeries Access) do similar, i.e., run under Windows? Aren't Windows app functions the reason System i Access exists? Isn't that even the major point behind a 'browser' interface? (Though I'm slowly slipping towards Linux...)

At least VA-RPG actually used RPG IV. We can't say the same for System i Access.
