Old reference?
First thing, roam the office and delete all RPG reference manuals that are
even one release behind. Had developers sticking to V3 or V4 techniques
because that was the last hard copy they had access to.
Second, start using the latest Infocenter (that your version of OS
supports). If you're not on the latest OS use the latest Infocenter if
you want an incentive to finally come in on that off weekend and do the
upgrade to get the new features. Stop moaning about how a previous
Infocenter or Book Manager was oh so much better. It doesn't matter if
it's not technically accurate. If you really hate Infocenter you can get
the Reference Manual in a PDF (available at Infocenter). Make sure you
download it every few months because, YES, they do update it and it beats
the heck out of the old method of manually inserting pages.
In the same vein as earlier, a first edition Cozzi book is supposed to be
an instructional aid, not your reference manual for all ages.
