Why is the '80' column limitation moot in free form? Do I not have my
editor set up properly? Is there a compile option that will allow me to
code out past column 80 in free form?

Thanks

What are the odds of RPGLE ever allowing more than 80 columns of usable

coding recently. Has anybody requested this? I haven't really heard it

discussed at all.

Using free form, the '80' column limitation is kind of moot.

Personally, I don't like code to go off the side of editor screen (green
or gui).
