OK, you are using
1) Fixed format
2) *ENTRY PLIST
3) Field definitions in C-specs.

All things of the past, but defining fields in C-specs should have been
ancient history by now. Make at least proper D-spec definitions for your
parameters and then make your parameters in CL and RPG match.
