ORDER BY embedded sql -- RPG400-L

I see in an example of our stored procedures that you can do an ORDER BY to
sequence the file.
But when I look in the IBM manual for embedded SQL, I do not see ORDER BY.
If I want to sequence a file using embedded RPG, do I use ORDER BY? If not
then how do I accomplish this?
