RPG Imbedded sql global temporary table


I have this program reading a client primary file :


Client1 Article1
Client2 Article1
Client3 Article1
Client1 Article2


For each record I have to examine the article file :
Article1 Client1
Article1 Client2
Article2 Client3

I was going to execute Select clients from articles where article = : article.

If the client of the primary file record is not in the result set, I delete the primary file record.
I'd like to be able to put a level indicator on Article and execute the request when this indicator is on. How do I keep the contents of the result set?

Would a global temporary table help? Has anyone an example?
